Onsite - Three Days/Week - In Thousand Oaks, CA - Relocation Provided. 

About you and day-to-day; familiarity with Solutions for patient-centricity to sales and marketing problems:

  • Marketing mix modeling & promotion response
  • Transform business goals into measurable KPIs and support the development of statistical analysis and analytical plans on multichannel/digital marketing activities.
  • Evaluate and optimize channel performance and ROIs of digital channels in an omnichannel environment.     
  • Provide guidance and support development of the analytic framework for measurement and optimization of omnichannel marketing programs.
  • Deliver Commercial Life Sciences Model Design, Sales Force Sizing, and Structure
  • Patient analytics using Real-World Data sources such as anonymized longitudinal patient claims data, lab/diagnostic testing data, etc.
  • Deliver commercial Life Sciences Market Access data analysis, including pull-through analysis, Payer-plan segmentation, Rebate optimization, etc.
  • Territory Alignment, Sales Call Planning, Incentive Compensation

As a Director of Commercial Pharma Analytics Consultant, you will:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to pilot and implement client solutions focusing on client satisfaction across a solution area and industry verticals.
  • Leverage and customize Axtria's proprietary analytics to client needs, resulting in exceptional client value from every project.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and on-time delivery.
  • Work closely with the Technology and Product Management groups to ensure ongoing refinement of our analytical tools and development of new client solutions.
  • Present and recommend optimal customer, sales, and marketing strategies and tactics to clients.
  • Develop and maintain skills to the highest standards consistent with best practices and emerging trends in analytics.
  • Contribute to Axtria's development of new solutions and analytical models.
  • Recruit, manage and mentor a team of analysts.
  • Responsible for managing a P&L

  • Build and grow a large delivery organization.
  • Groom strong consultants and Directors; next layer of leadership
  • Maintain and grow long-term trusted client relationships.

The ideal Director of Commercial Pharma Analytics Consultant will have the following:

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, applied math or relevant work experience. A graduate degree is preferred.
  • Relevant expertise in using analytic tools such as Excel, R, SAS, SPSS, SQL, Python, Tableau, and Alteryx, with the ability to quickly master new packages when needed
  • A proven track record of interpreting and communicating analytical insights to nontechnical & technical client stakeholders using clear and concise language. 
  • Proven ability to frame a business issue, design the right solution, and deliver results.
  • Ability to lead projects and teams
  • Experience with the application of statistical estimation techniques and/or optimization techniques
  • Exposure to or experience working with large data sets.
  • Familiarity/expertise in pharmaceutical data sets, such as prescriber-plan data, patient-level data, transactional claims, EMR/EHR data, SPP Hub data, diagnostic data, etc., is a plus.
  • Experience building global delivery organization and success planning

The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $225,000. The actual salary will differ based on the candidate's qualifications and competencies.
