The Role.

Our success has been undeniable in projects related (but not limited to) Sales Force Effectiveness and Analytics, Incentive Compensation, Customer Targeting and Call Planning (heuristics or response model based), Sales Performance Management, implementations, Ad-hoc analysis, field insights and reporting, and Marketing analytics and operations. Job Description:
Our CE team is seeking a highly consultative client focused leader & strategist who will continue to build Axtria’s footprint in the Boston area. This individual should be a strategic business development leader, a client delivery specialist in CE and be able to lead in a motivating and highly engaged manner internally.  

  • You will lead a team to deliver operational analytics, sales operations & business technology-oriented solutions for our Greater Boston, Commercial Excellence practice. Projects will be primarily related to (but not limited to) Sales Force Effectiveness and Analytics, Incentive Compensation, Customer Targeting and Call Planning (heuristics or response model based), Sales Performance Management, implementations, Ad-hoc analysis, field insights and reporting, and Marketing analytics and operations
  • You will assist evangelizing, implementing and optimizing our Sales Operations Platform, a leading-edge SaaS suite
  • This role will be responsible for managing multiple consulting projects of varying complexity, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery for clients, helping the organization achieve high CSAT & NPS scores while building reoccurring revenue pipeline.
  • You will be actively involved in building RFPs / proposals and presenting to clients furthering the relationships with the senior level industry executives (SD/ED/VP).  
  • Building new business relationships and growing our current client base is paramount; this will be roughly 30-50% of the role and you will liaise with our Client Partners (Vertical) and Accounts teams directly as the CE SME. 
  • Strategize innovative solutions for clients as our relationships and capabilities expand within existing accounts.
  • You will own overall customer satisfaction and manage P&L responsibilities with margin management and overall ARR in mind. 
  • Cross functional work with Talent Acquisition as a “Talent Champion” and brand ambassador and partner to Marketing to ensure Axtria’ s presence in the local market is strong and continues to build momentum while growing our high-performance culture and team.  Includes active participation in thought leadership and market impact activities.

Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related discipline. Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in consulting, focused in the commercial pharmaceutical domain.
  • SME level experience in one or more of the following under Sales Operations or delivery of Sales Performance Management: Incentive Compensation, Sales Ops, Territory Management/Alignment, SPM cloud implementations.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and experience managing senior stakeholders and accounts. Record of developing long-term relationships with executives in the pharmaceutical/ healthcare industry.
  • Strong leadership and experience working in global teams in an on/offshore model. Excellent time management and prioritization skills that allow for multi-tasking concurrent projects
