As a Senior Leader in Axtria's AI & Data Management Practice, you will shape and execute enterprise-scale AI, data, and cloud transformation initiatives for our most strategic life sciences clients. You will operate as a front-line executive leader — owning client relationships, delivery outcomes, and portfolio growth — while partnering across Axtria to embed AI-driven thinking, agentic innovation, and modern delivery models at scale across Commercial and R&D functions.

This is not a strategy-only role. You will own outcomes, lead execution, drive profitable business, and help clients transform their organizations with tangible business outcomes.

• Lead complex, high-impact client engagements across life sciences — spanning Commercial and R&D — with direct accountability for delivering tangible business outcomes and driving profitable growth.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, shaping AI-led and Agentic data transformation agendas that transform how client organizations operate and compete.
• Own large-scale client programs end-to-end, from vision through execution, ensuring every engagement produces measurable, tangible business outcomes.
• Build and expand long-term client relationships, growing Axtria's strategic footprint and profitable revenue base across both Commercial and R&D client organizations.
• Bring direct client insight into Axtria's solution strategy and innovation roadmap.

• Lead delivery of AI-first, Agentic, cloud-native data and analytics solutions that tangibly transform client operations across Commercial and R&D pipelines.
• Provide technical and architectural leadership across AWS, Azure, Snowflake, and modern data ecosystems, with a strong lens on Agentic AI frameworks and autonomous workflows.
• Partner with SMEs across AI/ML, Data Science, and Engineering to design differentiated, scalable solutions tied directly to client business transformation and profitable outcomes.
• Continuously modernize delivery — embedding Agentic and AI-driven approaches into how work gets done, not layering them on top.
• Anticipate industry and technology shifts, ensuring Axtria and its clients stay ahead of the curve in both Commercial and R&D AI adoption.

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing global team across the US, India, and other international locations — driving cross-functional collaboration across time zones and cultures.
• Drive the evolution of Axtria's delivery and operating model — from reactive execution to proactive, transformation-focused, outcome-driven engagement.
• Develop next-generation leaders and practitioners equipped for AI-enabled, Agentic, and modern delivery environments.
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, innovation adoption, and continuous learning across global teams.

• Play a hands-on role in shaping and closing new work — with direct personal accountability for driving profitable business and expanding Axtria's revenue footprint.
• Partner with GPO and business leaders to craft compelling solution narratives that tie Agentic AI, Commercial transformation, and R&D innovation to real, tangible business value.
• Help clients transform their organizations through modern data, AI, and cloud strategies that scale across enterprise functions and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Support thought leadership and market positioning that reinforces Axtria's leadership in AI-driven data management for life sciences.

• Deep expertise in cloud data and analytics platforms, modern AI-enabled architectures, and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Proven senior leadership experience in life sciences, with strong focus on Commercial and R&D data, cloud, and transformation programs.
• A strategic, client-facing leader with a track record of driving profitable business and growing large client portfolios through trusted relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to help clients transform their organizations with tangible, measurable business outcomes — not just technology delivery.

Pay Transparency Laws 
Salary range or hourly pay range for the position 
 
The salary range for this position is $204,250 to $312,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. 
 
The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
