The Role: 
We are seeking a high energy, results-oriented and innovative leader to join our Omnichannel Centre of Excellence (COE) team. The Principal Omnichannel Leader will drive sales growth across services, projects, and product offerings, while harnessing the power of omnichannel strategies. ( Omnichannel Experience )
 
This pivotal role demands a seasoned leader who has a keen understanding of sales dynamics, coupled with expertise in deploying omnichannel tactics to maximize revenue generation. As the Principal Omnichannel leader, you will spearhead our sales efforts while utilizing strategic thinking with hands-on-execution to drive omnichannel initiatives, leveraging data analytics to enhance projects and service delivery.  
 

What You’ll Do:  

  • Sell services, technical offerings, and business consulting to life science clients to drive the revenue of Axtria’s Omnichannel COE. 
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on sales strategies and omnichannel best practices, while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities in advanced analytics and other technology platforms to drive revenue expansion. 
  • Hire, train and mentor teams to enhance performance and productivity, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.  
  • Manage resource allocation, operational /sales performance, front of funnel pipeline and P&L of the COE. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to position omnichannel offerings effectively in the market while utilizing advanced data analytics techniques to derive actionable insights into customer behavior, preferences, and purchasing patterns. 

 
 
Required Skill/Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. 
  • Proven track record (20+ years) in a leadership role within consulting, life science, or related industries, with a focus on omnichannel strategy, data analytics, and enterprise product sales delivery. 
  • Strong understanding of Omnichannel and digital marketing paired with analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners. 
  • Results-driven mindset with a record of accomplishment of achieving sales targets, and client satisfaction.
  • Effective leadership skills with the ability to inspire, influence and motivate teams, combined with a passion for developing talent to achieve individual and organizational success.
