Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a data foundations and governance program for a global pharma client. The PM will ensure delivery across business, data, and technology teams driving progress, tracking every milestone, and ensuring execution under agile governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery leadership
    • Lead all project workstreams using Agile/Scrum practices.
    • Maintain Jira boards, track sprints, stories, and deliverables ensuring no gaps in task ownership or closure.
    • Coordinate daily activities, remove blockers, and ensure sprint goals are met on time.
    • Drive consistent progress across architecture, data onboarding, and governance workstreams.
  • Reporting to client stakeholders
    • Responsible to manage RAID logs, WSR updates, and Confluence dashboards for full transparency.
    • Prepare and publish weekly status reports, sprint summaries, and next-week task plans for tech and business teams.
    • Ensure all project artifacts meet SDLC requirements and client data and analytics standards.
    • Timely issue escalation.
    • Act as primary contact for client stakeholders, ensuring alignment across business, data, and IT.
    • Support to facilitate stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives; ensure decisions and actions are tracked to closure.
    • Provide clear visibility into progress, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
Nice to have:
  • Strong experience leading Agile/Scrum delivery across multi-functional teams.
  • Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and RAID/WSR governance. sprint reporting, and client deliverables.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution discipline.
  • Experience in data onboarding, data governance, or data transformation programs??
  • Understanding of pharma R&D or Clinical workflows.
  • Prior consulting or client-facing experience managing global programs.

Pay Transparency Laws 
Salary range or hourly pay range for the position 
 
The salary range for this position is $119,500 to $163,875 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. 
 
The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
