Join our team to help our client build next level products. We are seeking an experienced dynamic UI/UX designer who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and user interfaces. You will have the opportunity to shape our client's product while working in a fast-paced, agile environment. The ideal candidate thrives on solving complex design challenges and is eager to contribute to the success of digital experiences. Additionally, you will work closely with a team of developers and client stakeholders to ensure that design concepts are translated into functional web solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design Strategy: Own holistic user experience design
• Conceptualization: Conceptualize and provide support for the design conceptualization of customer centered solutions infusing experience design principles and considering the user experience of the entire ecosystem.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, product managers, engineers and data scientists and other design disciplines to integrate and address user needs and balance them against business, brand, technical goals improve the user experience by reducing friction across the user journey.
• Testing and Optimization: Partner with stakeholders to test and refine solutions as necessary, partner with Developers to ensure development matches the design fidelity.
• Adherence to Standards: Maintain design standards and asset libraries per client requirements.

Requirements

• ​​You have 10+ years of hands-on experience designing and working with SaaS applications, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mock-ups.
• You have a good understanding of what good looks like in terms of design.  
• You have a point of view but are always open to new ideas and to collaborating closely with a cross-functional team.
• You have experience using or authoring design language based on UX principles, brand values, and product strategy.
• Expert in design software like Figma and Adobe suite.
• You have strong experience with building responsive web-apps and mobile apps
• You have a good knowledge of emerging UI/UX design standards and best practices.
• Ability to tackle diverse and complex set of design challenges to build scalable solutions for customers.
• You can translate business requirements, user research and best practices into high quality, user-centric and customer validated design that reinforces product vision and business objectives.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with CMS systems a plus
• Experience working in consulting is a plus
• Experience working with Pharma / Life Science companies is a plus
• Experience with GenAI products is a plus
